If you're a musician between the ages of 11 and 18, play an instrument and/or sing, and are looking for an opportunity to share your gift of music with an audience... then, you will LOVE Teen Open Mic Nites at Ballantyne School of Music!

We will backline for our musicians (meaning that the stage will be set... PA... drums... amps... lights... the works!).  Just come prepared to plug in and play!  

Each musician/band will be assigned a 10- to 15-minute time slot (registration required ----> ) and will need to come prepared with their songs rehearsed and ready...just like they do at regular adult open mics.  This is not a karaoke event, so all musicians will be playing live music.  ** No recorded tracks **

** Please perform songs with audience-friendly, clean lyrics.  We will attempt to assign students to their preferred time range, as long as space is available.  A $10 non-refundable registration fee will be charged at the time of enrollment.  Please, if you are assigned a time and need to cancel or change it, send us an email to let us know so we can give that time to another performer.**

We look forward to doing these events on Friday nights, once a month, at our Indian Land location!  We may, periodically, invite a food truck - so watch our social media for updates!
